Business & Brand development

Project details

Kino Network was behind schedule on development, over budget and seeking to secure new leadership to head up its San Francisco office. These were just some of the hurdles that were plaguing growth for Kino. The company needed to provide a working proof of concept for investors under strict deadlines that were 90+ days behind its delivery date. Other vital issues needed attention to be completed within the scope of the project including developing a tangible business plan including a monetization model, creative / brand identity, operation model, partnership agreements, filing for patents and more.

Stepping into the leading position, the project was completed on time, within budget and with a revised team.
